While The Devil's Brand works great in one-shots, it's also built for ongoing campaigns. 

But given its minimalist nature, reams of paper and copious notes are probably overkill.

For my home campaign (going for the last seven months), I've taken a lightweight approach using the adventure log I've now uploaded to the project page.

I split a page into two halves (similar to the PC tombstones) to track quick notes of each adventure that I can reference later:

1. Dates: both in-game and here in the real world
2. Character and player names
3. A summary of the madcap, dumb choices the PC Gang made over the course of the adventure.
4. Lastly, a short section to remind myself of future plot hooks and adventure seeds.

All in all? Pretty simple, but having it wrapped in a purpose-designed sheet is fun.
